Why is Tesla not coming to India?

 


As one of the most innovative automakers in the world, Tesla has revolutionized the way we think about electric vehicles. The company has become a household name and its cars are coveted by many. Unfortunately, despite the growing demand for electric vehicles in India, Tesla has yet to make an appearance in the country.

So why is Tesla not coming to India? The answer lies in the country’s automotive industry. India’s auto industry is dominated by traditional, low-cost models that are made with outdated technology. This makes it difficult for Tesla to enter the market, as they rely on cutting-edge technology and advanced manufacturing processes. Additionally, India’s infrastructure is not yet up to the standards needed to support Tesla’s electric vehicles. This means that Tesla would have to invest heavily in order to create a charging infrastructure that would be suitable for their cars. This, coupled with the lack of infrastructure and outdated technology, makes it difficult for Tesla to compete in the Indian market.
